1. There are no extras costs for you. Our member fees come from the standard real estate commission paid by the Seller.

2. We work with your best interests and wallet in mind.

3. I or a licensed team member is objective and will give expert advice on the suitability of the property that you are looking at in comparison to other properties in the area.

4. I or a licensed team member will point out details of the properties that you may not get from the listing agent who is, under BC law, working for the sellers interest.

5. I or a licensed team member will negotiate the best price, ensure the property is inspected, and make sure you have the representation you need.

6. I am able to fly you to remote properties that are situated near a landing strip in my twin engine Navajo.

7. I am personally available to answer any questions you have that arise during the buying or selling of your property.
